Eine Message in Englisch. Ich hoffe es ist kein Problem!

I am an English guy living in Basel (since January 2007) and I have a Jahreskarte at Joggeli. Unfortunately, my German (High and Basel varieties) is not exactly very good! So I started a blog on FCB in English in case they are other fans out there who do not understand German too well. Or for fans that do speak German, but have English as their mother tongue. Or for Swiss fans that like the English language! It can be found at http://www.bsfc.ch if anyone might be interested. You can post comments, there is a message board or send me a Personal Message here if you have anything to say (as I do not pretend to know lots and lots about FCB), or if you just want to say "hi" to a crazy Ausländer! When I used to travel from London to Cambridge back in 1984 the train stopped at a "Bishop’s Stortford" from time to time. Do you mean this one? The club was founded in 1874; it is older than any existing Swiss club!

Yes, my English team, Bishop's Stortford play in Conference South (one before the English league system goes national) and were formed in 1874 and have played (and won) at Wembley Stadium twice

Of course, any Baseldytsch football speak I can be taught is appreciated...
