I will find out on Sunday before the Aston Villa game if I am going to Istanbul.

The group of stewards I work with has been allocated 3 spaces. There are 7 of us all together, 3 of them do not or cannot go. That leaves 3 spaces between 4 of us.

2 of those spaces have gone to the boss and his assistant which leaves me and the other steward for the last place. I am unsure if the other steward wants to go yet.

It could be decided on a toss of the coin

The City will be chaotic on the night. It might be worth while booking easyjet and flying over. It will be one of those nights if we win.
