Werden 3a-Konten nicht bevorzugt behandelt, ähnlich wie BVG-Gelder, Löhne etc. ? Gibt doch irgend so eine Konkursreihenfolge ?

BVG-Gelder werden bevorzugt (1. Konkursklasse).

Ein Säule3a-Konto unterscheidet sich konkursrechtlich aber imho nicht von einem Spar- oder Girokonto.

my office friends and managers ", He called the Bank and he talked for
twenty hours about his customers, procedures, new accounts, services
that were recently introduced, latest gossip, he talked & talked &
talked, then he asked "Well, devil how much do I need to pay for the
call?

The devil says "Twenty dollars".

UBS employee is stunned & says "Twenty dollars??? Only??"

Devil says: Calling from Hell to Hell is considered a Local Call.

I have a problem.

I have two brothers and two sisters. One brother works for UBS, the other was just sentenced to death for murder. My mother died from insanity when I was young. My two sisters are prostitutes and my father sells narcotics to feed the family. Recently, I met a girl who was released from a reformatory where she served time for smothering her roommate, but still, I want very much to marry her.

My problem is this. If I marry this girl, should I tell her about my brother who works for UBS?

Die UBS-Banker die jetzt wegen ihm entlassen werden müssen erhalten 3 - 6 Monatslöhne (wobei das Mitleid sich klar in Grenzen hält, sie hatten ja auch keine Hemmungen jahrelang viel zu viel abzukassieren).

22 Millionen Abfindung? Die Wirtschaft ist doch einfach krank!

Die Wertschöpfung der Bank während seiner gesamten Amtsdauer sieht halt doch anders aus. Das letzte Jahr war ein Betriebsunfall. Mehr nicht.
